Juracek's career began in 1995 when he joined the Trammell Crow Company's corporate services team as an analyst. He later moved into real estate investment and development, working as an analyst at Wellsford Residential Property Trust before moving to HomeGate Hospitality (acquired by Prime Hospitality) as an associate. At HomeGate, he was responsible for hotel development site selection and feasibility analysis before being promoted to director of development.
After his stint at HomeGate and Prime, Coe Juracek transitioned to multifamily development at Benton Partners, where he led the search for multifamily development opportunities in North Texas. Since joining CHC in 1999, Juracek has held several positions, including leading the firm's debt capital markets. Today, he is a member of the CHC investment committee and plays a crucial role in driving the company's growth and success.
Juracek earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from Duke University in 1995 and later obtained an MBA in finance from Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business. In addition to his work at CHC, Juracek is a voting member of the Pension Real Estate Association.
